Use

Eat the puree straight from the package during or before activity. Baouw recommends about one puree every 30 minutes during intense exercise and about one puree per hour during longer activities. Always adjust your intake according to intensity, duration and your individual energy needs.

Ingredients and nutritional values

Ingredients and nutritional values vary between flavors. The current recipes provide approximately 62–114 kcal and 11–19 grams of carbohydrates per 90 gram package .

Always check the ingredient list and allergen information on each package before consumption. Depending on the flavors included, the products may contain or have traces of celery, mustard and sesame, among other things.

Storage

Store in a dry place at approximately 15–25 °C. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
