Umara U Gel Lemon is a liquid energy gel designed for training and competition , where consistent energy supply and good hydration are essential. This 12-pack contains gels in 33 ml containers , with each gel providing 20 g of carbohydrates and a complete electrolyte profile - completely caffeine-free , making it ideal for continuous intake even during longer sessions.

The gel is based on Umará's proven 1:0.8 ratio of glucose (maltodextrin) to fructose , which enables high and efficient carbohydrate absorption even at high intensity. Thanks to its light consistency , the gel can be consumed without drinking water at the same time , which is especially appreciated when running, skiing and cycling.
