Each gel provides 30 grams of carbohydrates in an optimal 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose , allowing for high carbohydrate absorption without stomach upset.

PF 30 Gel has a mild and neutral taste that counteracts taste fatigue – perfect during long sessions where other gels can easily become too sweet. The consistency is designed to be easy to swallow and less sticky, so you don't have to rinse it down with water right away.
