Neversecond C30 Citrus Energy Gel is a modern energy gel developed for endurance athletes who want fast, effective and easy-to-digest energy during hard training sessions and competitions. Each gel contains 30g of easily absorbed carbohydrates in an optimized 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose , allowing for higher energy intake per hour with minimal risk of stomach upset.
The thin, isotonic consistency makes the gel easy to swallow even with a high pulse – and you can take it with or without water . The mild citrus flavor minimizes taste fatigue and works equally well in hot or cold conditions.
In addition to carbohydrates, you get 200 mg of sodium per gel, which helps maintain fluid balance and performance during longer workouts, especially in hot weather or with high sweat loss.
