The Umara Lilla Cycling Package is a complete energy package designed for those who are going to cycle or compete for approximately 4 hours , for example in Halvvättern, Cykelvasan or similar races and distances. The package provides a structured and gentle energy plan that helps you maintain a steady pace and focus all the way to the finish line.
The plan is to mix 3 U Sport sachets (100 g) in a bottle, which provides approximately 70 g of carbohydrates per hour for 4 hours . The second bottle is used for water, which you refill or change at hydration stations. During the race , 1 U Gel or U Bar is consumed per hour , starting after the first hour (hours 1, 2 and 3).
The package also includes the U Intend Shot , which is taken before the start to prepare the body mentally and physically for the effort. Sports drink, gel and bar flavors can be chosen so you can easily customize the package to your preferences. For convenience, there is also a printable energy plan adapted to be taped to the stem or frame of the bike.
