Umara Basic Training Package is designed for those who want to optimize their basic training , the training period when the load is often high and the goal is to build a stable base for upcoming competitions and harder training phases. The package combines several well-studied nutritional supplements that are specifically adapted to maximize the effect of strength, interval and threshold training during the basic period.
During basic training, many hours are spent training, often with elements of both low-intensity volume and demanding quality sessions. The Basic Training Package is designed to support these intense moments and help you train harder, longer and with better quality when needed. All products are developed by biomedical scientists and manufactured according to HACCP and GMP , with ingredients approved by EFSA .
The basic training package includes:
1 × U Intend (choice of flavor)
A performance-enhancing supplement developed by endurance athletes for endurance athletes. Contains 250 mg of caffeine per dose , as well as citrulline, arginine and beta-alanine , and is used before training or competition when you want to get that little extra.
1 × U Creatine Monohydrate (500 g)
One of the world's most well-documented performance supplements. A daily intake of around 5 g can contribute to improved anaerobic and explosive strength development , making creatine particularly suitable during basic training and strength training.
1 × U Bicarbonate – capsules (500 × 1 g)
Sodium bicarbonate can help raise the pH level in the blood, which may allow for high intensity to be maintained during anaerobic workouts , such as intervals and threshold training.
