Näak Energy Bar Berries & Nuts is a long-lasting energy bar designed for endurance sports, long training sessions and competitions , where the body needs more than quick energy. Each bar contains 200 kcal and combines simple and complex carbohydrates , plant-based protein and electrolytes for stable energy without a sugar crash .

The bar provides approximately 28 g of carbohydrates and 7 g of high-quality protein with essential amino acids (EAA/BCAA), which helps reduce muscle fatigue during prolonged physical exertion. ~405 mg of electrolytes help replace minerals lost through sweat , especially during longer workouts.

The Berries & Nuts flavor is fruity, balanced and low in sweetness , with berries and nuts providing variety and reducing taste fatigue. The chewy, easy-to-eat consistency makes the bar easy to eat on the go and in varying temperatures. The product is made with non-GMO ingredients and developed with elite athletes for endurance over time.
