Maurten Solid C 160 is an oat and rice-based energy bar with cocoa, developed to provide quick and easily accessible energy during training, competition or recovery. Each box contains 12 packs, where each pack consists of two mini bars (2 x 20 g carbohydrates) - a total of 40 g carbohydrates per pack. Perfect for replenishing energy between training sessions, on the way to a competition or during longer races.
