Size chart – Walking poles
Choosing the right length of running poles provides better running technique, reduces fatigue and increases efficiency in the terrain.
Quick rule:
Body length in cm × 0.67 = recommended rod length
Always round down to the nearest size.
Recommended length
Under 155 cm → 100 cm
155–165 cm → 105 cm
165–172 cm → 110 cm
172–178 cm → 115 cm
178–185 cm → 120 cm
185–192 cm → 125 cm
Over 192 cm → 130 cm
When the tip is in the ground, the elbow should form approximately 90°. A slightly shorter pole is usually better for uphill running. For varied terrain, adjustable poles are recommended.
