Sidas 3D Trail+ are technical insoles designed for trail running and ultra-distances , developed in collaboration between SIDAS and the Salomon Trail Running Team . They are specifically designed to meet the demands of long, technical runs where precision, stability, low weight and comfort are crucial over many hours in the terrain. A non-slip surface on both the upper side (foot contact) and the underside (shoe contact) helps to keep the foot stable in the shoe. This improves control, precision and power transfer , especially on steep uphill and downhill slopes. The construction is achieved through high-quality foam materials, an ultra-thin sandwich structure and light adhesive material on the contact surfaces.

3D Trail+ has a pre-shaped and flexible structure that works with the natural movement of the foot while providing shock absorption and comfort . Friction-reducing material on the upper contributes to a chafe-free and comfortable running experience , even during really long sessions. At the same time, the inserts are exceptionally light but very durable , making them well suited to high loads in technical terrain.

The insoles are designed to promote natural foot movement and forefoot propulsion , as well as to provide stability without restricting foot function – an important requirement in trail running and ultra-running where the surface varies continuously.
