The Injinji Women's Trail Midweight Crew are women's-specific toe socks designed for trail running, hiking and running on rough and demanding terrain . With a crew-length and protective cushioning, they provide stability, comfort and protection from dirt and debris - perfect for technical trails and long days outdoors.

The socks feature Injinji's patented five-toe design , where each toe is individually wrapped to eliminate skin-to-skin friction. This effectively reduces the risk of blisters and hotspots , while allowing the toes to splay naturally for better balance and foot control on uneven terrain.

The women's‑specific fit provides a slimmer, more anatomical fit tailored to women's feet. Midweight cushioning underfoot absorbs shock from rocky joints, while a supportive arch strap provides a secure fit that stays in place throughout your workout. Breathable mesh panels and COOLMAX® EcoMade fiber keep feet dry and comfortable even during high-intensity workouts.

The result is a robust and reliable trail sock that combines protection, comfort and function – ideal for women who run and hike where the terrain is anything but predictable.
