The Injinji Men's Liner + Runner Mini-Crew is an advanced two-sock running system designed for men who train long, often and intensely – from trail running and ultra-marathons to long training sessions on asphalt . The system combines an ultra-thin inner sock (Liner) with a cushioning outer sock (Runner) , providing some of Injinji's most effective protection against blisters and chafing.
The inner Liner layer is a thin toe sock that sits directly against the skin. Injinji's patented five-toe design separates each toe, eliminating skin-to-skin friction—the most common cause of blisters during prolonged use. The liner effectively wicks away moisture and allows the toes to splay and align naturally , improving stability and foot biomechanics while running.
The outer Runner layer is pulled over the Liner, adding extra comfort, protection and cushioning . Terrycloth padding under the foot and around the toes absorbs shock and reduces wear and tear when you take a lot of steps. An integrated arch support helps the socks stay in place without slipping or bunching.
The mini-crew height with double cuff sits just above the ankle, creating an effective barrier against gravel, sand and dirt, while reducing the risk of chafing. The combination of COOLMAX® EcoMade fibers , mesh panels and durable nylon fibers creates a dry, cool and durable sock system that can withstand really long distances.
