| Size | Recommended for |
|---|---|
| S/M | You who normally wear size S or M and want a close-fitting fit |
| L/XL | You who normally wear size L or XL or have thicker upper arms |
Instinct Trail offers the model in two combined sizes but does not publish a separate size chart with exact arm circumferences in centimeters. Therefore, use your normal size for body-hugging workout clothes as a basis.
If you want to check the fit, you can measure:
Hold the measuring tape close to your skin without pulling it too tight. It is best to measure both arms and start from the larger one.
The arm warmers should feel like a second layer of skin. They should stay in place as you bend and stretch your arms, but not cause numbness, tingling, or obvious pressure marks.
