The OMM Dyno Cap is a lightweight and stretchy unisex cap sold in One Size . Four-way stretch and elastic adjustment at the back allow the cap to adapt to a variety of head shapes and sizes.

OMM does not specify an exact head circumference in centimeters for the Dyno Cap. One Size therefore means that the material and elastic adjustment are designed to cover a wider size range, not that the fit is identical on all heads.

How is the OMM Dyno Cap sized?

The Dyno Cap has a flexible and relatively close fit. The stretchy material molds to the head, while the adjustment at the back helps the cap stay stable while running.

The cap should:

• sit firmly without pressing against the forehead or temples
• follow the shape of the head without the material being stretched to its maximum
• stay in place when running and moving your head
• do not slide down over the eyes
• not lifting from the head when it is windy
• feel comfortable even during longer sessions

If the elastic adjustment has to be stretched to its maximum or if the seams press against your head, the cap may be too small. If it moves even though the adjustment is tight, it may be too big for your head shape.

How to measure head circumference

1. Use a soft measuring tape.
2. Place the measuring tape about one centimeter above your eyebrows.
3. Bring it over your ears and around the widest part of your head.
4. Keep the measuring tape horizontal and close to the skin without pulling.
5. Note the measurement where the measuring tape meets.

If you intend to wear the cap over a thin headband or a buff, you should measure with this on.

Check the fit

When the cap is in place, you should be able to shake your head and lean forward without it moving. At the same time, it should not leave obvious pressure marks or cause discomfort across the forehead, temples, or behind the ears.

The four-way stretch should provide a flexible fit, but the material should not be stretched to its maximum. Adjust the cap so that it fits securely with the least amount of tension necessary.
