The Samaya ULTRA35 is a high-performance, ultra-light alpine pack , developed for fast and technical mountain projects where mobility and light weight are essential. With a main volume of 35 liters (plus additional space via the roll-top) and a minimum weight of approximately 445–495 grams depending on configuration , the ULTRA35 is aimed at alpinists, skiers and climbers who want to carry exactly what they need – nothing more.

The backpack is constructed from Dyneema® Composite Fabric (150D PES) , a material that combines exceptional durability with extremely low weight . The bottom is reinforced with 300D Woven Dyneema® , and exposed areas such as the ice axe attachments are reinforced with 1000D Cordura® . All seams are 100% taped , which gives a waterproof rating of approximately 20,000 mm and makes the ULTRA35 completely waterproof in practice.

The carrying system is simple but well thought out: a tubular aluminum frame in combination with a 5 mm PE back panel and EVA padded shoulder straps provide stability and comfort during movement, despite the low weight. Many parts – such as the frame, hip belt, compression straps and helmet holder – are removable , which allows the backpack to be adapted exactly to the requirements of the tour and further optimize the weight.

The ULTRA35 has a roll-top closure with a simple top lid that houses an external zip pocket , as well as an internal zip pocket with key clip . It is equipped with attachments for two ice axes , ski and snowboard carriers and helmet holders , making it well suited for both winter and summer mountaineering.
