Hilleberg Reflective Cord 3 mm is a strong and highly visible guy line , developed to provide extra safety and stability when camping in the dark, bad weather and demanding environments. It is based on Hilleberg's proven 3 mm guy line but has an important improvement: a woven reflective thread that makes the line very easy to see in the light of a headlamp.

The rope is constructed using Hilleberg’s interwrap technology , where Vectran fiber is woven together with polyester . The result is a rope without an outer sheath, eliminating the risk of slipping or wear between layers and providing an extremely durable, stable and long-lasting rope .

The technical design provides several important features:

• Almost no stretch – keeps the tent stable in wind
• Minimal water absorption – little affected by rain and snow
• High UV resistance – long service life even in strong sunlight
• Soft and supple feel – easy to handle even with gloves

Despite the reflective thread, the line retains the same high performance as the standard version, with a breaking strength of around 80–85 kg , making it suitable for everything from extra guy lines to heavier tent sets.

The extra weight is minimal (about 30g more per 25m than standard rope), but provides a clear advantage in the form of improved visibility and reduced tripping risk around the tent in the dark .
