Pajak CORE 750 Short - Navy
The Core 750 is for those who don't pack away their gear when the frost sets in. Pajak designed the Core 750 for long bivouacs and nights when the cold really bites.
Take it on a winter hike, a camping trip in the mountains or a late autumn trip. You'll sleep comfortably even when the temperature drops to -5°C and frost settles on your tent. Its -12°C limit means it will still keep you warm on a winter night in the mountains.
The Core 750 is filled with 880 grams of Polish duck down with a fill power of 700 CUIN - light, durable and reliable. It floats up immediately when unpacked, forming a fluffy and warm insulating layer.
Pajak only uses RDS-certified down, which guarantees ethical sourcing and animal welfare.
The down is enclosed in Z-shaped baffles – a proven system that keeps the filling evenly distributed and prevents shifting. This minimizes the risk of cold spots and ensures long-lasting thermal performance, even after many seasons in the field.
The outer shell is made of ultra-light Toray Airtastic SLF15 fabric with a DWR finish. It is thin but impressively strong – resistant to wear and moisture. The sleeping bag breathes but does not absorb water like a sponge, thanks to Pajak’s Moisture Management System (HMS).
Pajak has reinforced areas with high moisture content – near the head and feet – as this is where condensation tends to occur first.
When the temperature drops, water vapor quickly collects on the surface. Pajak’s material ensures that you do not wake up in a damp sleeping bag.
The sleeping bag weighs just over one kilogram and the pack volume is less than 7 liters. You can throw it in any backpack – whether you’re going on a long hike, a quick bike ride or a spontaneous weekend outdoors.
It doesn’t weigh you down. It doesn’t fill your backpack. But at night it really lets you rest – even if the weather turns against you.
Pajak designed the Core 750 to be intuitive – easy to handle in the dark, with cold hands or with thick gloves on.
You can tighten the hood smoothly with one hand. The drawstring collar hugs your shoulders and keeps the warmth where it matters most.
The YKK zipper moves easily and doesn’t snag, while the internal draft tube protects against heat loss. Inside there’s a pocket for your essentials – phone, headlamp or documents – so you don’t have to fumble around in the dark. Outside there are drying loops that make it easy to hang the bag up to air it out before you head out again.
You'll find two storage bags included: a compression sack for packing in your backpack and a mesh sack for storage between trips.
The second is just as important – down also needs room to breathe. It helps maintain its airiness and insulation over time, so your sleeping bag performs as well on the hundredth night as it did on the first.
