Umara U Intend Sour Cola is a pre-workout powder developed specifically for endurance sports , designed for those who want to get that little extra boost before an important training session or competition . The product combines caffeine and selected amino acids to provide an invigorating effect, improved focus and increased work capacity during quality workouts.

Each 15g dose contains a powerful combination of active ingredients:

Citrulline malate – 6 g

Beta-alanine – 3 g

Arginine AKG – 3 g

Caffeine – 250 mg

This combination is often used to support blood flow, endurance and mental acuity for high-intensity work. Take approximately 45-60 minutes before activity for optimal effect. The sensation of slight tingling of the skin (from beta-alanine) is completely normal and harmless and will subside once you start working out.
