Umara U Intend Shot Lemon is a pre-mixed pre-workout shot developed and specially adapted for endurance sports . It is designed for occasions when you want to get extra focus, alertness and performance before training or competition - without having to mix powder or carry a water bottle with you.

Each 60ml shot contains a concentrated dose of caffeine and selected amino acids , carefully balanced for high-intensity workouts and important race starts. The shot format makes the product easy to carry in your pocket, hydration belt or gym bag , perfect for when you need a quick “kick in the butt”.
