The OMM Chest Pod is a 4-liter chest-mounted pack solution designed to provide instant access to frequently used gear without having to remove your pack. It is specifically designed for ultramarathons, mountain marathons and long days in the mountains , where efficiency, rhythm and accessibility are essential.

The Chest Pod is used in practice by ultra athletes all over the world and is regularly seen at the start line of races over 100 miles , precisely because it solves a classic problem: the most important things you need – energy, map, compass, gloves or reinforcement clothing – are otherwise at the back of your pack. With the Chest Pod, you have everything right in front of you, visible and accessible even when you are on the move .

The large 4-liter main pocket has a zipper and internal organizer pockets for small items. There's also a quick-access mesh/map pocket closest to the body, perfect for maps, buffs, or gloves that you want to be able to quickly put away and retrieve. The combination helps you stay on pace and focused even on long, technical stages.

For comfort during long runs, the Chest Pod is built with lightweight 3D Airmesh and durable nylon , which provides good ventilation against the chest and minimizes heat accumulation and chafing. The bag sits low, stable and bounce-free , even on technical terrain or downhill runs.

The Chest Pod is compatible with all OMM backpacks except the Ultra 8 and Fire/TrailFire vests , and it often works well with backpacks from other manufacturers as well, making it a flexible addition to many packing systems .
