The Hilleberg Enan is a very light, strong and surprisingly comfortable three-season single-person tent , developed for the solo hiker who wants to keep weight down without compromising on reliability and comfort. The tent is part of Hilleberg's Yellow Label series , which is optimized for snow-free tours during spring, summer and autumn .

The Enan is modelled after Hilleberg’s iconic Akto , but has been optimised for lower weight through the use of Kerlon 1000 in the outer tent and a very light inner tent fabric. At the same time, Hilleberg has chosen to retain DAC NSL poles in 9mm , as the weight savings of thinner poles are marginal while the loss in strength is significant. The result is a tent that is extremely light but still unusually robust in its class .

Ventilation is integrated into the construction , a hallmark of Yellow Label tents. The inner tent door is made entirely of mosquito and bug-proof mesh, and both the head and foot ends have large mesh panels that promote continuous airflow. In windy or rainy weather , roll-up Kerlon 1000 flaps can be folded down for added protection.

The Enan has a tunnel tent construction with a single pole , which provides very good space-to-weight ratio. The triangular vestibule runs along the entire long side of the inner tent and provides enough space for packing and cooking in a protected position. The inner and outer tents are connected but can be separated, allowing for quick set-up even in the rain.
