Skare Expedition is an excellent boot for winter hiking or ice fishing, where the combination of wool and Aerogel keeps your feet warm and dry. The boot is constructed according to the shell principle and has a durable upper made of premium leather and a lower part made of Lundhags' well-proven Certech technology - a cellular rubber sole that is both insulating and completely waterproof. For optimal protection in cold and demanding conditions, the boot has a removable inner shoe made of 5 mm wool felt and an insulating insole made of Primaloft Aerogel. The Vibram Mattarone outsole provides excellent grip on snow and ice thanks to the combination of IceTrek rubber and Arctic Grip technology. Just like all Lundhags boots, the Skare Expedition has a long lifespan. The outsole can be easily replaced, and the boot can be repaired if necessary. A boot warranty is included with purchase.
