The Swix Mountain Explorer Touring Ski Pole is a robust and lightweight 2-piece backcountry pole , developed for demanding use in mountains, loose snow and varied winter terrain. It is perfect for ski touring, off-piste, expeditions and long days off groomed trails where reliability and comfort are essential.
The pole is built with super-lightweight tubes that provide low weight without compromising strength. The proven Sonic locking system ensures stable length locking, even in tough conditions and temperature changes.
The extended Ergo/Multigrip handle is made of EVA and cork-filled urethane for maximum comfort and grip during long days of skiing. It makes it easy to change grips on traverses, steep sections or changing gradients – without adjusting the pole length.
The pole is equipped with the Sonic Strap system , where the strap is both durable and easy to adjust. The “bulletproof” strap fixation allows you to quickly adjust the fit, even when wearing thick winter gloves.
The flexible synthetic base provides excellent traction in soft snow and powder, while also performing well on crusted snow and harder surfaces. A versatile choice for varying winter conditions.
