Umara U Sport Neutral is a tasteless sports drink in a sachet designed for those who want maximum flexibility in their energy and fluid intake . It is ideal to use as is , or to mix with flavoured variants (Lemon, Orange or Elderberry) to increase the energy density without the taste being too intense. Each sachet contains 100 g of powder with 90 g of carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio between maltodextrin (glucose) and fructose , which provides effective and gentle energy absorption during training and competition.

Like the other U Sport flavors, this variant contains all the important electrolytes lost through sweat – sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium – with high bioavailability. Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function , and BCAA (2:1:1) is included to support performance during longer and more demanding workouts. The completely neutral taste makes it particularly suitable for high carbohydrate doses or if you are sensitive to flavored sports drinks.

U Sport Neutral can be drunk from the start for a continuous supply of energy and electrolytes. It is suitable for both shorter training sessions , but is most beneficial during longer sessions (4–6 h) where glycogen stores are depleted and fluid needs are high. The product is 100% vegan , developed by biomedical scientists in Sweden and manufactured according to HACCP/GMP with EFSA-approved ingredients .
