Umara U Sport Elderberry is a sports drink in a sachet developed for endurance sports where continuous energy supply and fluid balance are crucial. Each sachet contains 100 g of powder and delivers 90 g of carbohydrates with a 1:0.8 composition between maltodextrin (glucose) and fructose , which provides efficient and gentle energy absorption during both training and competition.

The sports drink contains all the important electrolytes you lose through sweating – sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium – with high bioavailability. Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function , and BCAA (2:1:1) is included to support performance during longer sessions. The Elderberry flavour is known for being light and fresh , making the drink easy to drink even at high intensity.

U Sport Elderberry can be drunk from the start to deliver energy and electrolytes continuously. It is suitable for both shorter sessions , but is especially effective during longer sessions (4–6 h) where glycogen stores are depleted and the need for carbohydrates increases. The product is 100% vegan , developed by biomedical scientists in Sweden and manufactured according to HACCP/GMP with EFSA-approved ingredients .
