The OMM Compressor Pod is a versatile compression and storage system that provides up to 5 liters of extra packing volume while increasing the stability of your backpack . Smartly placed compression lines reduce movement and bounce, which gives a smoother ride and better control - especially valuable when running and moving quickly.

The extra storage is ideal for quick access to shell clothing, reinforcement layers or extra food , and also works great for separating dry and wet or clean and dirty . Thanks to positioned access, both you and a partner can easily reach the contents without having to remove the backpack.

The Compressor Pod attaches via bungee cords to hidden attachment points on OMM backpacks and can be compressed from both inside the pod and via the cords’ threading . This allows you to choose to compress the contents, the pod or the entire system , without compromising the backpack’s performance – no dangling drybags or unstable external pockets.

The pod is compatible with all OMM backpacks via the UGR (Universal Gear Rail) and fits most OMM packs. (Exception: The Fire Vest series does not have a UGR and is therefore not compatible.)
