The Speed Cup holds 200 ml and is optimized for quick hydration stops at hydration stations , streams or water sources. It replaces disposable cups and meets the requirements of many races where having your own cup is now standard.

Thanks to the foldable design , the mug can be easily folded and put in a running vest, pocket, waist belt or backpack when not in use.

Ultra-light, durable and easy to use

The Speed Cup is made from durable TPU material that is both flexible and durable. Weighing just 10 grams, it is barely noticeable in the pack, but holds its shape when filled.

The integrated finger loop provides a secure grip when drinking or pouring, even when in a hurry or with tired hands. The mug can stand upright both empty and full, making it easier to refill.

Sustainable and easy-care choice

The HydraPak Speed Cup is BPA and PVC free , dishwasher safe (top shelf) and can handle both hot and cold drinks. The material is freeze-proof and can withstand temperatures up to approximately 60°C , making it useful in many contexts – from trail running to picnics and travel.
