The OMM Mountain Raid 160 is an ultralight and minimalist synthetic sleeping bag , developed for mountain marathons, ultra races and fastpacking in demanding environments . It is designed for users who prioritize light weight, quick packability and reliable warmth even in damp conditions , where down is not always the best option.

The sleeping bag is insulated with PrimaLoft® Gold with Cross-Core technology , which provides one of the best warmth-to-weight ratios among synthetic materials on the market and retains warmth even when wet. The insulation is strategically zoned :

60 g/m² at the bottom (under the body),

100 g/m² on the top and in the foot box .

This minimizes unnecessary weight where the insulation is still compressed by the body, and instead focuses the warmth where it is most beneficial – on top of the sleeper and around the feet. This is also the explanation for the number 160 in the name.

The outer and inner fabric are made from OMM's PointZero nylon , a very lightweight yet windproof material with a DWR treatment that provides good protection against moisture when the weather changes or the pack gets wet. The construction with a loose-fitting outer fabric and insulation sewn to the lining minimizes cold spots and keeps the insulation stable throughout the night.

The Mountain Raid 160 features a mummy-shaped design , a shaped and insulated foot box and an adjustable hood . To save weight, the sleeping bag has a half-length YKK zipper , positioned so that it is easily accessible from the inside while still allowing for ventilation. It is available in both Regular (195 cm) and XL (210 cm) to ensure the right fit and optimal warmth for taller users.
