The Exped Rain Cover Large is a lightweight, waterproof and compact rain cover for backpacks that are not fully weatherproof . It is designed to protect both the backpack and the pack from rain, snow and dirt and is ideal for hiking, mountaineering, travelling and everyday commuting.

The rain cover is made of PU-coated 70 D taffeta nylon with taped seams , which provides reliable weather protection even in heavy rain. The all-round elastic drawstring with lace stopper ensures that the cover fits tightly and flutter-free around the backpack - even in windy weather.

When not in use, the rain cover can be easily packed away in its integrated storage bag , making it easy to always have in your backpack. Like other Rain Cover models from Exped, it can also function as a simple anti-theft device in urban environments , as it conceals pockets and zippers.

The material is bluesign® approved and PFAS-free , which means lower environmental impact without compromising function or durability.
