The Montane Softflask Short Straw is a short extension straw , designed to provide quick and convenient hydration on the move . The straw mounts directly onto the Montane SoftFlask™ or UltraFlask™ , placing the bite valve closer to the mouth – ideal when bottles are stored in the top pockets of running vests , such as the Montane Gecko vests.

By using the Softflask Short Straw, you don't have to take the bottle out of your vest to drink, which saves time and energy during trail running, ultra races and fastpacking . The straw is made of soft and flexible TPU , which follows the body's movements without chafing or feeling in the way.

The integrated high-flow silicone bite valve provides efficient hydration and a tight seal when not drinking. The design is BPA and PVC free , meets EU and FDA standards , and is easy to clean – the entire top is dishwasher safe (top shelf). Developed in collaboration with Hydrapak® , the product is a smart accessory for runners who prioritize pace and accessibility.
