Once assembled, the arched pole allows the head end to be raised, creating a useful vestibule area. Weather permitting, the hood panel can be tied back and the secondary mesh panel zipped closed to keep the bugs out while keeping you cool on warmer/dry nights. In wetter conditions, close the main entrance and lie down in the knowledge that the waterproof fabric will keep you dry.
