Drink U Intend about 45 minutes before your workout or competition when you want to get that little extra. Available in two delicious flavors in powder form. Mix the powder in any amount of water and drink before your workout, or mix a scoop in your sports drink to create your own caffeinated sports drink with a good taste.

U Intend is also available pre-mixed in 60ml shots with lemon flavor. Sometimes you may not have access to water + bottle but simply want a kick in the butt, then a concentrated shot is convenient.
