The OMM TrailFire Vest + 2 × 350ml Flexi Flask is a stripped-down, ultra-light running vest , designed for everyday workouts, quick trail runs and shorter runs where you just want to carry the bare essentials – comfortably and securely. The vest comes complete with two 350ml flexi bottles , making it a convenient grab-and-go solution ready straight out of the box.
The TrailFire vest is ergonomically designed to carry weight across the shoulders and midsection , ensuring that your lungs are not restricted while running . The fit is close to the body and more like a garment than a backpack – stretch mesh and soft edge bands keep the contents close to the body and minimize bounce , even on technical terrain and at high heart rates.
Despite its minimalist design, the vest offers seven easy-access pockets on the front for energy, phone and small items, as well as a 3-liter mesh pocket on the back for an extra layer or gear that doesn't require immediate access. The back pocket can also be used for a hydration bladder up to 2 liters , making the TrailFire flexible enough to scale up for longer runs if needed.
For hydration at the front, the vest has space for up to two soft flasks and is supplied here with 2 × 350 ml OMM Flexi Flasks . The vest is also compatible with larger bottles (up to 500 ml) , depending on preference. With the UGR – Universal Gear Rail, the capacity can be easily expanded, for example by combining the vest with the Compressor Pod for an additional 5 liters of pack volume .

The OMM TrailFire Vest is a body-hugging unisex running vest that comes with two 350ml Flexi Flasks. Choose your size based on your chest circumference and how tight you want the vest to fit.
| Size | Chest circumference | Chest circumference, inches |
|---|---|---|
| S | 86–95 cm | 34–38" |
| M | 94–106cm | 37.5–42.5" |
| L | 105–114 cm | 42–45.5" |
The size ranges overlap slightly, allowing you to choose a more body-hugging fit or extra space for clothes and gear.
The TrailFire Vest has a close-fitting performance fit and is designed to sit close to the body to minimize movement and bounce during your run. The fit is unisex, so use your measured chest circumference instead of your usual clothing size.
The vest should feel stable over the shoulders and around the chest without restricting breathing. The fit is also affected by how much you pack and whether the included bottles are full.
Measure the chest circumference around the widest part of the chest, just below the armpits. Keep the measuring tape horizontal and close to the body without pulling it tight.
Please measure over the clothes you would normally wear under the running vest.
Try the vest on with both 350ml bottles filled and with approximately the amount of gear you plan to carry. Adjust the straps in increments until the vest fits securely.
The right size means that:
