Baouw Energy Puree Banana/Kiwi/Vanilla is an organic energy puree with banana, kiwi and a mild note of vanilla . The soft consistency makes the puree easy to eat during running, cycling and other activities where it may be difficult to chew solid energy.

One serving provides 15 g of carbohydrates and 98 kcal. The recipe contains no added sugar – the sugars come naturally from the fruit.

Use and dosage

Baouw recommends approximately:

1 puree every 30 minutes during intense physical activity

1 puree every 60 minutes during longer endurance activities
