Amacx Fast Bar Chocolate is a source of different types of carbohydrates that provide the right support (carbohydrate ratio 2:1). Thanks to its soft texture, this bar is easy to consume, making it ideal for use during sports. The bar consists of 40% almonds and is naturally rich in magnesium, potassium and calcium. Available in lemon, chocolate and vanilla flavours.

Usage

Take Fast Bar immediately before, during or after exercise.

Recommended use: Eat 1–3 bars per hour during exercise. The use depends on personal carbohydrate needs.
