SiS HYDRO+ Berry 6 Pack is designed for easy fluid and electrolyte planning before, during or after physical activity. The individual portion bags are easy to carry in your running vest, cycling jersey, gym bag or backpack and mix directly with plain water.

Each serving contains five important electrolytes:

Sodium

Chloride

Potassium

Calcium

Magnesium

The total electrolyte content is 1,576 mg per serving . In addition, HYDRO+ contains vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Mix one sachet with 500 ml of cold water and stir or shake until the powder has dissolved. SiS recommends consuming the drink immediately after mixing.

The Berry flavor has a fruity berry character and provides an alternative to classic citrus and orange flavors. Since the product mainly supplies electrolytes and vitamins, carbohydrates need to be planned separately for longer or more intense endurance activities.

SiS describes HYDRO+ as suitable for both physical activity and daily use. Adjust intake according to workout length, temperature, intensity and individual sweat loss.

Before training

HYDRO+ can be used before training when you want to start your workout with fluid and electrolytes, for example before:

Longer runs

Cycling training

Training in hot weather

Competition starts

Workouts with high sweat loss

Longer indoor sessions

Avoid drinking unnecessarily large amounts just before starting. Fluid intake should be adjusted according to what you have drunk earlier in the day and how much you normally sweat.

During training

The product is suitable for activities where fluid and electrolytes need to be replenished but where carbohydrates are taken separately.

For example, it can be combined with:

Energy gels

Energy chews

Energy bars

Carbohydrate-rich food

Separate sports drink

Plain water

HYDRO+ is not a carbohydrate-rich energy drink. During longer endurance activities, energy needs to be planned with other products.

After training

After a sweaty workout, HYDRO+ can be used together with water to replenish electrolytes.

The product does not contain a significant amount of protein or carbohydrates and is therefore not a complete recovery drink on its own. Supplement with regular food or a separate recovery product when the length and intensity of the workout warrants it.

Suitable for

Running and trail running

Fluid and electrolyte needs

The need varies between different people and is influenced by, among other things:

Temperature

Humidity

Activity duration

Training intensity

Body size

Individual sweat rate

Sweat salinity

Other food and fluid intake

One serving bag should therefore not automatically be used per training session or hour. Use your circumstances, previous experience and the information on the packaging as a basis.

People who have been advised to limit their salt or mineral intake should follow healthcare recommendations.

Storage

Store the sachets in a dry and cool place, protected from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Use the entire sachet after opening. The powder may absorb moisture if an opened sachet is stored.

SiS recommends that the ready-mixed drink be consumed immediately. Keep refrigerated if not to be consumed immediately.

Important to consider

Follow the mixing instructions on the packaging.

Mix one sachet with 500 ml of cold water.

The product does not replace a varied and balanced diet.

Adjust fluid intake according to individual needs.
