U Recover Proteinbar contains 30% (15g) complete protein from whey & pea and 16g carbohydrates that help replenish glycogen stores after the workout. If you choose Chocolate Crisp, it also contains 15% (7.5g) dark chocolate that is rich in flavanols and polyphenols. Raspberries/Blueberries are covered with white chocolate and Passionfruit with dark chocolate.

U Recover Proteinbar is perfect after a tough workout, but also works great as a convenient tasty snack.

General nerd info: The whey protein in U Recover Proteinbar is complete in itself and pea protein is not really "needed", but we have chosen to supplement with pea protein to reduce the climate footprint. Pea protein has a carbon dioxide cost of only 3.7% compared to whey protein and would have been the preferred protein source, but the protein is not complete in itself.

Here we have made a trade-off between optimal amino acid profile, taste, price and climate impact and found what we believe is a golden mean where the protein is complete, the bar is really tasty and at the same time we have significantly reduced the climate footprint compared to a bar with 100% milk/whey protein.
