Small and powerful, each 33 g Doppio contains 22 g carbohydrates, 110 mg sodium and 75 mg natural caffeine - as powerful as 60 g synthetic gel but in a nice and practical bag in a pocket size that is not in the way.

Recommended intake: 1-3 nectar per hour. It can take endurance athletes up to 90 minutes of moderate to intense training to completely deplete the body's glycogen (energy) stores.

The most important rule is to get fuel before you need it ... eat before you are hungry ... not when you feel like you are crashing or hitting the wall.

We generally recommend that you take your first sports gel somewhere between 45-60 minutes into a workout, and then take them every 20-30 minutes or so from then on. Always take our energy gels with water, because without water they take longer to digest and enter the bloodstream.

Also consider switching between caffeine and non-caffeine energy gels to make sure you are not getting too much caffeine. Max 5 per day.
