U Hydrate are our good electrolyte tablets created as effervescent tablets. Each tablet is 4g and contains sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium corresponding to the levels we sweat out via 0.5 liters of sweat.

U Hydrate is calorie-free / carbohydrate-free and is suitable for workouts where the goal is to train without energy to increase fat oxidation. Or during workouts where you do not train for that long but still want a fresher good taste of the liquid in the bottle.

Also suitable for increasing the amount of salt in the body before longer workouts. Then mix 1 effervescent tablet per 500ml of water and drink 1-2 bottles the day before.

 - 1 U Hydrate effervescent tablet is mixed with 500ml water. If you sweat a lot of salts, you can mix 2 tablets in 500-750ml water.

 - 1 U Hydrate effervescent tablet corresponds to 2 U Salty (see related products)

 - Each U Hydrate tablet contains a complete electrolyte profile with all the major electrolytes you lose through sweat.

 - Contains almost twice as much salt as other similar products on the market.

 - Break notch in the middle so you can easily choose to only take 1/2 tablet if you want.

 Each tablet contains:

 - 500mg Sodium (Equivalent to 1.3g Salt)

 - 80mg Potassium

 - 25mg Calcium

 - 15mg Magnesium

Light taste of lemon, red berries (forest berries) or tropical (tropical also contains 50mg of caffeine per tablet for an invigorating effect). The flavors are also adapted to be mixed into our sports drinks. This way you can find your own flavor combinations like Elder / Lemon and Lemonberry (why not, give it a try);)
