U Gel 1: 0.8 is a 33ml liquid gel with a carbohydrate composition between glucose (maltodextrin) and fructose of 1: 0.8. Each gel provides 20g of carbohydrates + electrolytes. The flavors with a + sign mean that they contain caffeine. This rule applies to our entire range and for this product it is Colagelen that has 21mg of caffeine in it.

The gel is easy to flow, so you do not need to drink water in connection with ingestion. The gel contains all 4 large electrolytes that you lose via sweat (Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium) in a well-balanced amount.

Packed in an elongated package of 160x45mm that is sized to fit well in both bicycle pockets and running tights. It is just so full that it can be folded lengthwise even if you want it shorter.
