Carbon fiber is light and stiff, and therefore the ideal material for our advanced probes. This lightweight carbon fiber probe is 280 cm long and has all the characteristics of a real professional probe. It is extendable, making it the first choice for many rescue organizations and mountain guides. 13 mm diameter and carbon fiber material make it incredibly stiff, break-proof and accurate. It also has a steel cable clamping system, which guarantees maximum rigidity. Thanks to its PFA quick-mount system, it can be mounted in just a few seconds and loosened and folded just as easily. The rubberized grip also ensures safe, ice-free handling in all conditions.

As with all our probes, the CARBON 280+ PFA has a visual control system with depth markers and a clear 1-meter marker. In addition, it comes in an optimized quick protection.
