The Samaya Alpine Pace is a new generation alpine pack , developed for fast and efficient movement in technical terrain . With a volume of 20 liters plus approximately 3 liters in external pockets and a weight from approximately 425 grams (up to around 490 grams fully equipped), the Alpine Pace is designed for high alpine tours where pace, freedom of movement and function are crucial.

The backpack is made of recycled 400D ripstop nylon with TPU lamination , which gives it a waterproof rating of approximately 30,000 mm . Fully taped seams effectively protect the contents from rain, snow and meltwater, making the Alpine Pace reliable in harsh mountain conditions. The choice of materials combines low weight with high durability for intensive alpine riding.

For optimal fit and stability, the Alpine Pace is equipped with the ATOP® adjustment system on the shoulder straps , which allows for quick fine adjustment even with gloves. The backpack has a vest-like carrying system without a traditional hip belt , complemented by a rigid and an elastic sternum strap , which provides a close fit and freedom of movement when climbing and on steep terrain.

The Alpine Pace is frameless , but features a 4mm EVA back panel for basic comfort and stability. The functional layout includes an easy-access zippered pocket on the top lid , an interior zippered pocket with key ring , large rear mesh pockets , and side and shoulder strap pockets for quick access to energy and gear without stopping.

The backpack is adapted for alpine use with attachments for skis and ice axes , making it suitable for both mountaineering, skimo and fast mountain tours . Samaya Alpine Pace is developed for users who want to move quickly, easily and continuously , with a system that is built to become “part of the body” in technical terrain.
