Umaras Omega3 comes from oily fish that have swum in cold water. Colder water = energy-rich fat stores with a high content of Omega3 fatty acids.

  - 1000mg fish oil / capsule.

  - Rich in EPA (180mg) and DHA (120mg) = 300mg / capsule.

  - EPA and DHA both contribute to the normal function of the heart.

  - DHA helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision.

Umaras Omega3 comes from controlled fishing waters and does not contain fish oil from endangered (red-listed) fish.
