SWISSWOOL-TEC-KNIT BACK SYSTEM stands for the innovative synthesis of a TECHNICAL FOAMBACK with HEAT-PRESSED SWISS WOOL covered with a 3D HIGH TECH TECH. The wool pillows are used in zones that come into contact with the back, storing large volumes of moisture without feeling wet.

Scaled down for less weight

PEAK LIGHT combines STABILITY, WEARS COMFORT and LIGHT ROAD. The total weight of 1100 g * can be reduced by an additional 380 g * by simply removing TOP, HIP FINS, WIRE FRAME FOR THE BACK and other external mounting options. A minimum of 720 grams * weight thus increases the area of use, from long alpine trips to ascent by alpine height.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

PEAK LIGHT 32 for men. Ortovox is made for demanding alpine trips. These backpacks are very robust but incredibly light thanks to the use of the extremely tear and abrasion resistant material Nylon 420D Oxford. This nylon fabric is one of the lightest materials we use for our backpacks. The material is also PU-coated and thus water-resistant.

The new triangular construction of the lid enables variable adjustment with rope attachment without slipping. The lid is completely removable or stored in the main compartment. When stored in the main compartment, the lid zipper can still be easily opened. The lid compartment has two sections. Dropped seams make the lid completely waterproof.

For PEAK LIGHT, we have concentrated on the important functions and excluded everything unnecessary. Of course, PEAK LIGHT has all the important functions such as a rope and ice shaft attachment, load cord, helmet net, material strap, hip pocket, map compartment and perimeter lock for quick access to the main compartment from the front. Safety equipment is kept securely inside thanks to the safety bracket. In addition, standard ORTOVOX features include an emergency card, chest strap with signal tab, compression strap, light inner color, hydration system compatibility and a ski holder.

These carefully considered functions, the low and innovative baking system make PEAK LIGHT a very functional alpine backpack, where it does without much functionality.
